Service Questions
Start with a Consultation & Advice Session or Benefits Eligibility Assessment. During this initial meeting, we'll recommend the most appropriate service based on your specific situation and goals.
Yes. Many clients combine services, such as eligibility assessment followed by claim preparation. We offer package discounts when booking related services together.
If you've already engaged us for earlier stages, we apply previous fees as a credit toward tribunal representation costs. You're never penalised for seeking help at multiple stages.
Brief follow-up queries related to completed work are included at no charge for 30 days. Substantial new work or unrelated questions would be billed as additional consultation time.
No. The prices listed include all standard work for that service. The only additional costs might be obtaining medical reports from healthcare providers (paid directly to them) or courier fees for urgent document delivery, which we'd discuss in advance.
We understand circumstances change. Cancel or reschedule appointments with 48 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a £30 administration fee, waived in emergency situations.
